The first I build. Here
as voltage regulator for the CPU. Three components: 420 ohm
thermistor, 10k ohm variable resistor (you only need 5k ohm though)
and the adjustable voltage regulator. I used the design found <a
href=http://vodka.tky.hut.fi/~jap/Electronics/FanCtrl/>here</a>, but
without the capacitators.

<p>Green wires to thermistor, top
wires is voltage in and bottom wires to the fan. Brown wire to the
control box indicator. (Yes, it's normal sewing pins that sticks it to the foam.) <br clear=left><img src=../pics/vreg_cpu.jpeg width=582 height=886><br>
